Will Writing

We offer a range of service levels catered to help you and your financial future. Our Will Writing service allows you to plan your legacy and feel comfortable with the outcome.

It is impossible to consider the financial situations of individuals and families without recognising the importance of legacy planning. Even if your estate seems to be straightforward and your beneficiaries clear, it is extremely important to gain a professionally drafted will to ensure that you have considered everything.

It is equally important to consider who you may wish to make important financial and health decisions on your behalf in your lifetime, should you become incapacitated in any way. Powers of Attorney are often overlooked, however, their significance is only appreciated when they are needed – which is often too late.

The Objective Wealth Will Writing team is headed by Rachel Wheatley, who offers clear and concise guidance for you and your family. She can work with you to put everything in place to provide reassurance that your Will is in order, and is always available to update your Will or Powers. We understand that your circumstances can change over time.

We believe this service is one of the key aspects of Objective Wealth, and incorporating this within our company means that you can have confidence that every aspect of your financial life is catered for.
